Attendee Registration

2-DAY & 1-DAY CONFERENCE PASSES

Registration fee covers CEUs, expo hall, lunch, breakfast, the AFCCA Foundation for Children Fundraiser and Wednesday Night Supplier Reception . Golf registration is a separate price per person.

SINGLE SESSION REGISTRATION

For those of you who cannot attend the full two day conference but have interest in specific presentations, we now have single session registrations available. 1-hour presentations are $35, 2-hour presentations are $60 and will include CEU(s) and entrance to expo hall. Does not include meals. Be sure to indicate which session you will attend below.

NEW: OPTIONAL GROUP DINNER • THURSDAY, JUNE 6 • 6:30 PM

In lieu of a banquet dinner, we are creating a sign up for anyone who will be sticking around to go to a group dinner on Thursday night. This dinner is open to attendees, suppliers, spouses, family members and will be a casual networking opportunity. Please indicate on your registration if you are interested in joining a group for dinner so that we can make reservations accordingly.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Registrations cancelled by May 15 will be refunded in full less $25 processing fee. Cancellations made May 16-31 will be refunded 50%. No refunds June 1 or later and no refunds for no shows.
